National Museum of Agriculture is a multifunctional place, where you can have a fun time with your whole family.

You can visit some expositions and learn about the history of agriculture from prehistory to the present day. Young visitors can go to a granary or a shed with animals. There is also a room, where they can learn how to make bread.

Part of the museum is also a gastronomy exposition, where kids visit a gastronomic playroom. There they test their senses by trying to recognise food by smell, sounds related to its cooking and touch. There is also a shop area, children will try to define, which food is Czech. Kids can learn how to cook a sponge cake and muffins or use a virtual cooking. As the cooked meals have to be consumed, kids will also be taught a proper table setting.

A cherry on top (literally) is the access to the roof! There you can visit the exposition “Life” and enjoy the view over Prague. Guess what, you can even book a picnic there! Can be a great way to have some lunch outside.
