Where: Meeting point is at the entrance to Wallenstein Gardens near Malostranská metro stationThis 2-hour tour of Prague’s Wallenstein Garden is designed to help kids appreciate the mythological themes of the statues and frescoes, the Baroque aesthetic used for the Garden’s arrangement, the aristocratic conventions of keeping goldfish, peacocks and birds of prey in aviaries, and the grim worldview behind the Garden’s creepy Grotto Wall.
The tour is designed for children aged 6-12 years accompanied by their parents.
Kids will be given an activity booklet (a bit home-made!) to fill in with facts, conclusions and drawings at each stop in the tour.
