We’re all busy parents managing at least three if not more schedules daily. While we all want to improve our parenting techniques, most of us parents don’t find time to up level their parenting knowledge or keep up with new trends in parenting. Welcome to the world of podcasts!

I usually listen to something while driving to work or while cooking. Usually I listen to a podcast to help me get ideas on how to deal with a parenting challenge. Sometimes when I’m down and out and feel like a terrible parent, I listen to something more motivating. Well, whatever it is you’re feeling or looking for there’s always something on the internet.

Good Inside with Dr. Becky
Dr. Becky Kennedy does a weekly podcasts on various parenting challenges faced by parents. She tackles difficult questions on parenting and helps parents with on point answers. Her podcasts are anywhere between 35 to 45 mins depending on the topic.

Raising Athletes
If you’re hoping to make your child a player or sportsperson, then this podcast is specifically for you. Kirsten Jones & Susie Walton speak to sports related people like coaches, players, athletes and team leaders. The podcasts last anywhere between 30-45 mins and discuss various challenges that parents of players have to deal with. For instance, how to handle losing a match, how to keep your faith in a sport profession, how to prevent a quitting mindset.

Raising good humans
Dr. Aliza Pressman, a mom, developmental psychologist, parent educator, asst. clinical professor, and co-founder of both Mount Sinai Parenting Center and SeedlingsGroup, talks about various day-to-day challenges in parenting. You can find a podcast on anything from doodling, to toddler napping, to sugary drinks, to bullying and much more that parents deal with daily. The podcasts last around 35-40 mins.
