Vienna Christmas Market, Stephansplatz
Where: In the open spaces of the pedestrian area around the St Stephan’s cathedral and main shopping area, Stephansplatz
Details: There are over 150 odd stalls selling Christmas delights, handicrafts, knick-knacks and confectionery. And of course not the warming drinks. The whole atmosphere has a festive glow. There is a 3000 square meter ice rink for visitors and a carousel rides for kids in the Children’s world.

Where: In the open space in front of the Vienna City Hall

Riesenrad Prater Wintermarkt
Where: In the market in the Prater amusement park.
Details: The Prater offers an exciting entertainment program even in the cold season.
Culinary highlights, attractions and live music are the basic ingredients for the magical winter world, the winter market on the Riesenradplatz, which has been captivating visitors for twelve years!
Live concerts by mainly local artists take place every Wednesday to Sunday from 7 p.m. – everything from gospel to pop and soul is included!
