Where: Municipal Library of Prague, Korunní 2160/68, Praha 10
When: April 16, 2019, 17:00 to 17:45 hoursDetails: Since 2011, the Korunní branch of the Municipal Library has successfully collaborated with the non-profit organisation Class Acts, bringing together English-speaking and bilingual families living in Prague.
Every month (except holidays), Storytelling takes place in collaboration with Class Acts. Storytelling is an afternoon programme for children aged 2-7. It consists of short scenes, stories, songs and rhymes.
The programme is held in English, however, the visual aids allow even the beginners to fully understand. Storytelling usually lasts for about 30-45 minutes. The main aim of the programme is to present English children’s books to Czech families and encourage them as well as English speaking families to explore the wide range of children’s books available at the Korunni Library. The event is free of charge.
