Located in the city of Zlín about 3 hours out of Prague, are the Zlín Zoo and Lešná Castle. The zoo was opened in 1948, and it is the most visited tourist destination in Moravia. The zoo offers an impressive variety of exotic animals, such as penguins, tapirs, sea lions, giraffes, lions, elephants, red pandas and more. In addition to all this, the zoo offers a rope labyrinth, a zoo train, canopy tour ‘Lanacek’ and a children’s playground with wooden castles, slides and pony riding. There are many places where you can take some rest and get a cold drink or a snack. You can also purchase a guided tour.
