Today, everybody is surrounded by digital gadgets and social media sources so much that people have stopped reading books. Especially, children prefer to be immersed in the artificial world and have virtual interaction rather than reading a book with an interesting plot and share it with others. To change the belief that reading does not provide so much fun, ClassActs offers a good Reader’s club for children in English. The launch of the Reader’s club will be held on September 22 at 3 pm. This club is directed to children who are fluent in English. It helps children not only to get familiar with famous authors and books but also improves vocabulary. Moreover, qualified readings that are performed by literacy teachers will help children to participate in discussions and interpret the impact of a book and protagonists. It implies that the more children are closer to the world of literature and read books, the better reasoning and thinking capacity they will have.
How it works?
The Reader’s club is divided into three groups of children which encompasses: Young Readers (ages 6-8), Older Readers (ages 9-11), and Independent Readers (12+ years). The participants of the Reader’s Club meets once in a month where they involved in the discussion of a book by doing diverse activities, such as reading out loud certain paragraphs from the book, acting particular parts of a book, and drawing.
