Choco Story Museum

Located quite close to the Old town square, the Choco Story Museum is a delightful place for families. It is a private museum with branches in Belgium, Mexico and France. The museum tells its visitors the 3000 year old history of chocolate, how chocolate is made and even allows tasting.
Children first walk through the exposition history, learn how cocoa is grown, and then watch a 20 minute movie about chocolates. It is also possible to see the production procedure for the creation of Belgian chocolates and pralines. The visit to the museum takes about an hour.

The museum also conducts workshops for creating chocolate. Although adults also enjoy it, kids are the primary participants. These workshops last for around 30 minutes and children can choose to make bars from three types of chocolates – White, dark or milk chocolates. They then decorate it with nuts or icing or candies and take home the chocolate that they created.
The museum also has a homely cafe where one can try fresh hot chocolate, tarlets, coffee, cupcakes, ice-creams and chocolate mousse.

Museum Prices:
Family prices for entry is 799 CZK for 2 adults and 2 children. For the workshop the price is 199 CZK per child including the materials.
